The Faculty of Science was established in 1994 under the name faculty of arts and science. In 2005 it was separated  to be on its own under its current name The Faculty of Science. It compromises four Departments: The Department of Biological Sciences, The Department of Chemistry, The Departrment of Physics and The Department of Mathmatics. All Departments offer a BS.c Degrees four the undergraduate students and MS.c for the graduate students. Excellent Teaching and Conducting Research and Training are some of the main goals for the faculty of Science.
