ABSTRACT The term (inequity) in Sibawayh book Concept, and controls, and its linguistic impact This study tries to reveal the concept of the term (inequity) in the book of Sibawayh as a linguistic phenomenon and a controller of its controls of what language doesn't permit and shows its themes and contexts contained in the book in addition to its controls and roles . It also seeks to study synthetic contexts of the phenomenon of inequity in the levels of language and how to take it as a cause of language causes . The study concluded that (inequity ) as a linguistic phenomenon may happen at the sentence level or even the phonetic level ,thus, it rein them all .
