Sound manifestations of the sediments spoken in the desert of northern Jordan
Abstract This study aims at detecting some common, linguistic residuals in spoken dialect of north Jordan bedouins. After the researchers had clarified the linguistic residuals term, defined the study population, and identified the study problem and methodology, the researchers reviewed some of the linguistic residuals addressed in this study, which included: subtitling Al-Al- Tareef "the" by ha, , their subtitling of ta'a of female plural to haa in laison and pause, their subtitling of seen to sheen and vice versa. The researchers clarified the phonological explanations for this phenomenon by analysis and comparison in light of some linguistic comparison between Arabic and other old languages.
