Intertextuality and The Essence of Know-How Style in ?The Captain and The Jewel? Novel, By Zweina Al- Kalbani
Abstract This research aims at the study of intertextuality and the know-how style in the ?Captain and The Jewel? novel, by Omani novelist Zweinah Al- Kalbani , using and applying the descriptive and analytical method so that to make clear the significance of intertextuality in bridging between literary texts according to stylistic skill based upon rhetorical narrative speech with all its connotative significance on account of many textual intertwine capable of forming a new style through which the novelist managed to reinstate stylistic decency according to a systematic vision expressing what shivers within her human sensation trying to convey it by adopting many intertwined textual aspects as narrative perspective affluent with stylistic diversity and beyond dramatic distinguishing feature acetified by description that flows from Omani historical navigation memory. The research led eventually by the end to the fact that the ability of the writer in creating dramatic scene abled her to travel and rove through spaces of conception to form a style that draws its expressive specificity from the beauty of the language and mastery of events narration with all cultural significance obtained from connotative intertextuality to reveal the relationship between the writer and traditions in a distance that narration roves its space.
