The degree of effectiveness of educational decisions among principals of Kasbah Zarqa educational schools from the point of view of teachers
The study aimed to determine the degree of effectiveness of educational decisions among principals of Kasbah Zarqa education schools from the point of view of teachers and to study the impact of variables on the responses of the sample members. The study used the descriptive survey method and a study tool was developed that consisted of (14) items, and the validity and reliability of the tool was confirmed. The study was applied to a sample of (375) male and female teachers, and they were selected by a simple random method. The study reached the following results: The degree of effectiveness of educational decisions among principals of Qasaba Zarqa education schools from the point of view of teachers was moderate, while the results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of education. (0.05??) in the average responses of the study sample members about the effectiveness of educational decisions among principals of Qasaba Zarqa education schools from the point of view of teachers, due to the variable of gender and academic qualification, while it indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of years of experience and specialization. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: increasing teachers? participation in the school decision-making process in a way that is reflected in increasing the effectiveness of educational decisions.
