Abstract The aim of this study was to identify the extent of the use of physical education teachers for the teaching method of kinesthetic sense in the classes of physical education for students at basic schools in Mafraq area. It also investigated whether there were differences in the study sample responses attributed to some independent variables. The descriptive method based on survey was applied on a sample of 105 male and female teachers. The questionnaire was also used as a study instrument. It consisted of six areas, including finding students' needs, achieving educational outcomes, learning skill or kinesthetic, solving problem, varying methods of repetition, and strategies of evaluation. The results showed that the extent of the use of physical education teachers of the kinesthetic sense method in the physical education classes for students of the elementary schools was moderate. There were also no differences in the responses of the study sample due to the variables of gender and experience. The study recommended the need for holding the Ministry of Education courses, lectures and workshops related to kinesthetic sense method of teaching for physical education teachers and supervisors, and how to deal with the basic stage students when they face problems related to learning kinesthetic skills.
