this study exmamines the main legal facotrs that may maintain basic human rights and freedoms in jordaninan law . having a constitutional reference , the adoption of '' separation of powers '' theory , examining the constitutionality of legislation and reviewing the legality of administrativ decisions are considered to be the main factors for maintaining basic human rights and freedoms on the national level .
