The study was subordinated to a statement of the apostate's ruling, and the scholars directed about that. حرية الرأي والتعبير في الشريعة الاسلامية - دراسة تأصيلية- 2020 Abstract This study discusses and compares the standards of freedom of expression in Islamic law with the Jordanian constitution. This study focuses on media standards (regarding the freedom of expression), and clarifies where both Islamic and civil law meet and differentiate.
