The degree to which education school principals practice authentic leadership and its relationship to the level of voluntary behavior among their teachers
The aim of the research was to identify the degree to which principals of Education schools practice authentic leadership and its relationship with the level of voluntary behavior of their teachers. The correlational survey descriptive method was used, the questionnaire was used as a research tool, and its truthfulness and consistency were ascertained. The research sample consisted of (330) teachers who were applied during the second semester of the year 2023/2024. The research reached the following results: that the degree of authentic leadership practice among the principals of Zarqa II schools from the point of view of teachers was high. The results of the research also indicated that there is a high level of voluntary behavior among teachers of Education schools of the Zarqa II Region, and the results indicated that there is a positive direct correlation statistically significant between the degree of authentic leadership practice among the principals of Zarqa II schools and the voluntary behavior of their teachers.
