Strengths

1- The spread of development culture in the university in the resent years.

2- The interest of some faculty to teach this thought and transfers it to their colleagues.

3- There is a scheme for abroad and home missions, participating supervision, and scientific missions (tasks)

4- AL- al Bait University (The Prophet's Family University) is distinguished by a very wide university campus.

5- Many of the university systems are computerized (Registration, Library, Finaniace, etc.). The internet service is available in the university in addition to the internet that is used to provide the university services in a very modern level such as registration through the internet.

6- Attracting the students from different nationalities especially from the Islamic world countries.

7- Establishing communication and connection passages with the establishments (corporations) of the local society in Mafraq governorate.

1- The increase in the number of the students in the colleges in accordance with the local sanction (authorization) criteria.

2- The shortage and difficulty of attracting excellent (outstanding) faculty in some specialties.

3- University in ability to attract the self support from the private investments.

4- In tuition fees comparing with the other universities' tuition fees.

5- To location of The university is far-away (remoteness) from the economic activity centers.

6- Lack of facilities (installations) in the university that are enough for the academic and administrative purposes.

7- The absence of the basic ground (structure) that is necessary for the application of Quality Assurance Thought.

8- The administration system is weak in addition to the absence of the logistic (bureaucratic) support.

9- The dominance of Acceptance Culture but not the Evaluation Culture.
10- Weakness of the interior liaison (co-ordination) in addition to the absence of the Group – Work Concept.

3- The increase in the number of the university students from different nationalities who study religious sciences and Arabic language.

4- The university Area Expansion and the availability of opportunities that can create (advance) new facilities and buildings, service centers, and production projects.

5- Co-operation with AL-Mafraq Development and Economic Zone in the Training and Qualification Programs and carrying out the implementing and scientific researches.

1- The increase of the admission of the university fresh students due to the social requirements (demands) for learning and due to the absence of public and private universities in the area.

2- The levels of the students in accordance with the predictions of the work (labor) –masters (employers), especially the private sectors' work (labor) masters.

3- The increase (overabundance) of the expenditure of the university due of the economic recession.

4- The discontinuity of the external financial support.

5- The weakness of the independence of the university and the interference of some parties.

6- The increase in the number of the private universities and institutions and the branches of the foreign universities and their excellence at their programs circulation process.
