​Publishing Terms


  1. Manuscripts submitted to Al-Manara for Research and Studies: Law and Political Sciences Series should neither be published previously nor be under consideration for publication in another journal.
  2. The researcher must submit the copyright form and attach it with the research file in Microsoft word format.
  3. Authors must use the Microsoft Word template to prepare their manuscripts. Using the template file will substantially shorten the time to complete copy-editing and publication of accepted manuscripts.
  4. The author (s) must identify and declare any personal circumstances or interests that may be perceived as influencing the representation or interpretation of reported research results. If there is no conflict of interest, please state, "The author(s) declare no conflict of interest." Any role of the funding sponsors in choosing a research project, design of the study, collection, analysis, or interpretation of data, writing of the manuscript, or decision to publish the results must be declared in the conflict of interest section. If there is no role, please state, "The sponsors had no role in the design, execution, interpretation, or writing of the study."
  5. The editorial board decides to accept the research for publication in the journal after it has gone through the peer review procedures approved by the journal.
  6. The research published in the Al-Manara for Research and Studies: Law and Political Sciences Series expresses the opinions of its authors and does not represent the policy of Al al-Bayt University or the opinions of the editorial board Al-Manara for Research and Studies: Law and Political Sciences Series.
  7. The author (s) wishing to withdraw the article after being subjected to peer review will be charged with the article processing fees, as well as a researcher who does not respond to the required amendments within the period specified by the editorial board following the regulations of Al al-Bayt University.
