Faculty of Law Conference continues its scientific sessions, the second day of the conference at the Al-Bakhit Amphitheater.
The second day of the conference sessions was held in the Al-Bukheit Amphitheater, where the first session was chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Kafrelsheikh University, Professor Maher Abu Khawat from Egypt. The attendees discussed the legal topics of the artificial intelligence program and its role in developing arbitration dispute procedures, the legal responsibility of companies for using artificial intelligence, and the protection of intellectual property rights in light of digital transformation.

The second session was held under the chairmanship of Professor Nael Masaadeh from the Faculty of Law at Al al-Bayt University, where the attendees discussed the extent of the need to establish a specialized criminal judiciary to consider technical crimes, the features of criminal policy, the legality of using artificial intelligence in criminal investigation, artificial intelligence and criminal justice, the topic of spatiotemporal maps of crime and their role in reducing electronic crimes.

Meanwhile, the third session was chaired by Professor Farhan Al-Masaeed from the Faculty of Law at Al al-Bayt University, in which the attendees discussed the legal adaptation of the personality of artificial intelligence, the legal effects of using artificial intelligence in making administrative decisions, the administrative responsibility for the damages of artificial intelligence and its impact on the good conduct of the public facility, its use in combating tax evasion, and its impact on social peace. At the end of each session, there was an extensive discussion about the issues raised.
