The Degree of Acquisition of Intermediate Stage Students of The Life Skills Included in The Manuals of Physical Education Based on The Knowledge Economy from The Point of View of The Teachers of Physical Education
Abstract Degree of Acquisition of Intermediate Basic Stage Students to Life Skills Included in Physical Education Textbooks Based on the Knowledge Economy as Perceived by Physical Education Teachers Eatdalmohamed Al-khawaldeh Dr. Mansour Nazal Al-zboun This study aimed at identifying the degree of acquisition of intermediate basic stage students to life skills included in physical education textbooks based on the knowledge economy as perceived by physical education teachers in Mafraq Directorate of Education. The sample of the study consisted of 68 male and female teachers. The questionnaire was used as the study instrument and the descriptive approach was used in the study because it is suitable to the study purposes. The results of the study indicated that the the degree of acquisition of intermediate basic stage students to life skills included in physical education textbooks based on the knowledge economy as perceived by physical education teachers was a medium degree. There were also no significant differences between the responses of the study sample based on the interaction between the interaction among the variables of gender, experience, and academic qualification. The study recommended spreading social and cultural awareness regarding life communication skills on the part of both students and parents and the local community for archieving positive students' interactions. It also recommended that it is necessary for physical education practioiners to enroll in all workshops and training modules regarding life skills.
