The Role of Physical Activities in Improving Positive Behavior among Higher basic Stage Students in Northeastern Badia
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of physical activities in improving positive behavior
among higher basic stage students in northeastern Badia. The population of the study is consisted of (266)
male and female students studying at the higher basic stage students in northeastern Badia selected
purposefully. To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of two
parts, the first is about personal information such as gender and study level. The second consisted of (22)
items each described the role of physical activities in improving positive behavior. After collecting and
analyzing data, the findings showed that the role of physical activities in improving positive behavior
among higher basic stage students in northeastern Badia is high with a mean of (3.72: 5.00). There are
significant statistical differences attributed to gender in favor of females and significant differences
attributed to study level in favor of less than sixth grade.
