Buklan for Development, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al al-Bayt University, implemented a training within the "Conflict Analysis and Peacebuilding" project.

The training addressed the definition of conflict and its various stages, with the aim of enabling participants to understand the nature of conflicts and analyze them effectively. The training also discussed the different levels of conflict, which helps in determining the scope of each conflict and dealing with it appropriately. The training provided tools and techniques for analyzing conflicts, enabling participants to deal with conflicts in constructive ways. UN Resolution 2250, which focuses on the role of youth in promoting peace and security, was addressed, and the training also covered the Arab Strategy for Youth, Peace and Security 2023-2028, which aims to enhance the role of youth in achieving peace and security in the Arab region. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Student Organizations and Political Education Division, Mr. Muhammad Al-Shawafqa, from the Deanship of Student Affairs.

The training was conducted by the Executive Director of the Ouklan Organization, Mr. Hamza Al-Ansi, and the Director of Projects and Programs in the organization, Engineer Enas Ashnaikat. The student Basma Al-Sardiya participated with the organization from Al al-Bayt University.​
