Within the framework of Al al-Bayt University's keenness to encourage its students to participate in international and national events, student Malak Abdel Aziz, from the Department of History, participated in the sixth edition of the Conference of Egyptians Abroad, which was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration and Egyptians' Affairs Abroad under the slogan "From Everywhere ... Egypt is the Address", on Sunday, August 3, 2025, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Egypt, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly.

The conference witnessed the participation of a large number of ministers and officials, including Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, Lieutenant General Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, and Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, in addition to the Ministers of Education, Culture, Labor, Housing, and others.

Student Malak participated as part of a delegation of Egyptian communities from abroad, where she witnessed discussion and interactive sessions on the state's efforts to support Egyptians abroad, investment opportunities, university education initiatives such as the "Your University in Egypt" initiative, and ways to enhance communication between state institutions and Egyptians abroad.

The student expressed her pride in representing Al al-Bayt University in this important national event, and affirmed that the participation added a lot to her on the scientific and national levels, and opened up new horizons for interacting with decision-makers, as student Malak spoke about Al al-Bayt University and the advanced educational level, as well as the extent of the university's interest in and concern for international students, meeting all their needs and ensuring their comfort, as she has felt since entering the university, where everyone facilitates and eases the affairs of international students with all respect and appreciation that she has felt through the department and college in which she studies and in all the university's facilities.​
