Abu Ubaidah Amer Bin Al-Jarrah Secondary School for Boys Visits the University
A delegation of students from Abi Obaida Amer Bin Al-Jarrah Secondary School for Boys from the Directorate of Education of the Qasabat Al-Mafraq Brigade from the BTEC vocational and technical track, paid a scientific visit to Al al-Bayt University. During the visit, the student delegation was briefed on a number of the university’s facilities and the colleges of Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II for Information Technology and Technical Sciences and the Computer Center, with the aim of getting to know the university, its colleges, programs, mission and goals.
The delegation began its visit to the Information Technology College, and the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Muhammad Jaradat, in the presence of the heads of departments, welcomed the students and teachers, conveying to them the greetings of the President of the University, and provided a detailed explanation of the programs and specializations offered by the college and the laboratories available for this purpose. The Assistant Dean, Professor Ahmed Al-Turk, accompanied the student delegation on a field visit inside the college and its laboratories.
The Dean of the College of Technical Sciences, Professor Dr. Majed Al-Harahsheh, gave an explanation about the new college. The student delegation also visited the Computer Center, the Networks and Technical Support Department, and the Systems and Protection Department, and listened to an explanation from the engineers Zaid Al-Harahsheh and Qader Al-Khawaldeh about these systems.
For their part, the professors accompanying the delegation, Sabri Al-Ziyadneh, Abdul-Bari Al-Khawaldeh, Alaa Krishan, and Amjad Oweidat, expressed their thanks and appreciation to Al al-Bayt University for the warm reception and information that added to their knowledge in the theoretical and practical aspects that they received inside the classrooms.
