Training workshop to qualify the University staff
Within
the vision of the university administration in developing administrative work
and qualifying and training the staff, the Consultation Center - Al al-Bayt
University held an awareness workshop on the Code of Professional Conduct in
cooperation with the Human Resources Department targeting new employees of
various faculties, departments and centers at the university.
The
aim of this workshop was to achieve the aspirations, vision and mission of the
university in raising the efficiency of the staff, and to facilitate the
process of linking and communication between the various university’s centers,
departments and faculties and the surrounding community.
The
workshop, which was held in Al-Bakhit Auditorium at the School of Business over
three days, dealt with several areas. On the first day, the field of
communication skills and communication with others was addressed by Dr. Reem
Al-Zoubi, Director of the Public Relations and Media Department. On the second
day, Dr. Orwa Al-Dwairi of the Faculty of Sharia spoke about Job Behavior and
Ethics; while Prof. Nael Al-Masa'dah was a lecturer for the third day on the
legal aspect and the duties and rights of the staff.
