The activities of the academic leaders' qualification program were concluded at the site of the department headship, which were organized by the Quality and Development Center. Prof. Bassam Al-Mahasneh, Vice President for Development and Planning Affairs, in attendance of Prof. Muhannad Nazzal, Director of the Center, and the directors of the Center's concerned departments, delivered a closing speech in which he commended the program trainers from the Deanship of Graduate Studies, the Legal Affairs Department, the Admission and Registration Department, the Computer Center and the E-learning Center on their efforts to make the program a success. He expressed the importance of such programs to raise the academic reputation of the university and to implement quality standards.

The organization of such qualification programs by the Quality and Development Center confirms the vision and objectives of the Center, which always strives to keep pace with developments, in addition to providing continuous support to faculty members in various fields, including:

• University laws, regulations and instructions related to the duties of the head of the department.
• Postgraduate studies: instructions of granting degrees, admission and enrollment policies.
• Admission and registration: preparing the study schedule, equivalency of courses, and alternative courses.
• E-learning and dealing with the educational platform.
• The electronic portal: the powers of the heads of departments, the security and confidentiality of data and information.
• Quality and accreditation: quality assurance standards, the concept of the national qualifications framework.

It should be noted that this program lasted for four days and targeted the current heads of departments.​​
