Tasks and duties:

  • Suggesting policies regulating work and setting the necessary plans and programs for their implementation and supervision.
  • Analyze and develop systems for computerizing administrative, financial and academic processes and procedures.
  • Design and development of university websites.
  • Training and providing technical support to all users of the systems.
  • Preparing studies and technical specifications related to projects and programs implemented by the department and supervising them.
  • Supervising the proper implementation of tasks and activities related to the people.
  • Follow up the commitment of employees to the university's regulations and instructions.
  • Continuous work on developing the technical and administrative performance of employees.
  • Continuous work on developing work methods and procedures in the department.
  • Documenting the works of the technical and administrative department and work procedures.
  •  Follow-up maintenance contracts for the department.
