​At the Level of Creative Individuals

  1. Organizing enriching lectures, seminars, specialized workshops, and training programs focused on discovering talent and creativity across various fields, as well as exploring ways to develop, guide, and invest in them.

  2. Activating the e-learning system and ensuring its complete resources are utilized by talented and creative individuals.

  3. Identifying the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of creative individuals to enhance the efficiency of the educational and training process for this segment.

  4. Establishing a moral and financial incentive mechanism to unleash the latent creative energies of distinguished students and members of the local community, in addition to adopting encouragement incentives to refine, channel, and develop these energies.

  5. Organizing specialized competitions across various fields of knowledge at both the university and governorate levels, aiming to honor outstanding and creative entries and ideas, adopt and publicize their work, support them, and promote them nationwide and internationally.

  6. Opening communication channels with relevant official authorities to register intellectual property rights for creative students of the university and members of the local community.

  7. Following up with distinguished and creative individuals to monitor the progress of their skills and overcome any challenges they face.

  8. Conducting any other activities that contribute to achieving the Center's objectives at the individual level.

At the Level of Creative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)

  1. Focusing on qualifying creative youth to help them transition from job seekers to owners of small and medium-sized enterprises.

  2. Studying the feasibility of investment ideas submitted by creators and training their owners on how to prepare them.

  3. Hosting viable (new) projects in the business incubator for a temporary period.

  4. Cooperating and communicating with centers of excellence and creativity in Jordan and worldwide to review distinguished experiences in this field, with the aim of utilizing them to provide services to the creative beneficiaries of the Center.

  5. Opening communication channels with relevant official authorities to register patent rights for these projects.

  6. Providing training on the sound foundations of managing small and medium-sized enterprises in cooperation with relevant university entities.

  7. Assisting creative and distinguished individuals in finding sources of funding for their ideas and productive projects.

  8. Assisting in selecting the appropriate production method/art for these projects.

  9. Providing training on communication and negotiation skills to deal with all types of suppliers—whether raw materials or human resources suppliers—in cooperation with relevant university entities.

  10. Assisting in marketing the products of small and medium-sized enterprises through participation in exhibitions and introducing them to these markets.

  11. Monitoring the financial and technical progress of these projects and providing corrective consultations based on the needs of these projects​
