The Provident Fund Division shall have the following functions and powers in accordance with article (10/d):

*Implementation of the Fund's policy approved by the University Board.

*Invest the Fund's accrued amounts in such a manner as it deems appropriate for the benefit of the Fund.

*Approval of the final accounts and the Fund's annual report.

*Any other functions or powers provided for in the Regulations.​
