The Faculty of Sharia organized a meeting for new students in the presence of the faculty at Prince Al-Hassan bin Talal Auditorium at the university.
The meeting began with Professor Anas Abu Atta welcoming the new students, where Abu Atta sent clear and important messages to benefit the new students regarding their academic and academic future, and pointed out that we at Al al-Bayt University, through the Faculty of Sharia, raise questions and issues from a scientific point of view in which dialogue, literature and difference are present in these issues, pointing out that reaching the end of the scientific journey is associated with seriousness, attention, excellence and creativity.
He pointed out that moderation, tolerance and acceptance of others are our approach in the Faculty of Sharia.
Dean Abu Atta explained that we in the Faculty of Sharia listen to the other opinion by requiring the Deanship and the College Administration to be involved in any activity that students wish to hold inside or outside the college or university campus.
The Vice Dean, Professor Urwa Al-Duwairi, stated that Al al-Bayt University is the first to create Sharia specializations and that the Faculty of Sharia carries a scientific and academic message at the university, and the college's vision is a leading scientific Sharia college in science and education and aims to serve the community, pointing to the study plans and specializations available in the labor market and the necessary qualifications for a student of Islamic Sharia and that we are on a scientific journey to search for knowledge, controls and legitimacy within moderation, tolerance and contemporary authenticity.
The Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Origins, Dr. Muhammad Al-Omari, mentioned several strategies that students need during their studies at the college, which are recitation levels, following up on the study plan, and activities in the college are clear, with the need to follow up on announcements and work to solve technical problems through the various university centers.
Dr. Qusai Abu Sharia, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, pointed out the need to start with intonation and recitation competitions, which are indispensable, and the study plan must be followed up.
Fida Noufal, Registrar of the Faculty of Sharia, explained what documents are required from new students in order to enhance the document file with admission and registration, and also explained what subjects the student is required to register for and how to deal with the student portal in order to request any document.
At the end of the meeting, an extensive dialogue took place between the college family and the new students, in which Dean Abu Atta answered students' questions and inquiries.
