Under the supervision of Professor Fayez Al-Bunyan, and in cooperation with the Comprehensive Mafraq Health Center, students of the Clinical Community Health course at Princess Salma bint Abdullah Faculty of Nursing at Al al-Bayt University implemented an awareness day inside the center targeting patients with chronic diseases, especially those with high blood pressure and diabetes.

The event included providing health instructions to visitors about the risks of chronic diseases and methods of prevention, distributing simplified educational brochures, as well as conducting free blood pressure and sugar level measurements for visitors.

Dr. Wasfi Al-Mashaqa, head of the Comprehensive Mafraq Health Center, affirmed the importance of these partnerships with Al al-Bayt University, as they represent an effective model for integration between the academic side and health care institutions, pointing to their role in raising the level of health awareness among citizens and reducing the burden of chronic diseases through early awareness.

This initiative comes within the framework of the social responsibility program at Al al-Bayt University, and in translation of its mission to serve the community and enhance the role of students of health specializations as partners in spreading health culture and preventing diseases.
