Full Paper Guidelines:

  • Language: The conference welcomes all the related papers, written in English or Arabic..
  • ​​Paper Type: Must be original, solid and unpublished.
  • Peper Relevancy: Should be directly related to any of the conference aproved themes.
  • ​Format: Full paper must be sent only as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
  • Length: Manuscript should be about (8) pages long for papers written in English, or about (15) pages long for papers written in Arabic, formatted in single-column style.
  • Font type and size: Please refer to "Full Paper Template file" for more information.
  • Visuals: Include high-quality tables, figures and images with proper naming and labeling. Tables should be in text format not images.
  • Keywords: About (4) – (6) words, provide lowercase keywords, separated by commas (except for proper nouns and scientific names).
  • Affiliations: Mention the country​ along with the institution's name in affiliations and e-mails.
  • Applied Research: The conference is very interested in pioneering experiences in Arab countries and countries around the world. Therefore, special preference will be given to applied research that reviews and evaluates those experiences.
  • Required Content Sections:

    1. Background: Introduce the research context, motivation and objective.
    2. Motivation: Explain why the research is important.
    3. Objective: Clearly define the research aim.
    4. Statement of Contribution: Highlight the novel aspects of your study.
    5. Methods: Describe the methodology and approach.
    6. Results: Present key findings and observations.
    7. Discussion: Interpret the results and in depth.
    8. Conclusions: Summarize insights and future directions.
    9. References and sources: that were cited.
  • Name of Full Paper File: Full paper should be renamed to “Its Actual Title", NOT to “Its Author's Name".
  • Number of Attached Copies of Full Paper: Full paper file should be uploaded twice. At the first time, the full paper should be attached, showing the author's name and data. The second time, the full paper should be sent, without any reference to the author's name and data.
  • ​Submission​: After preparing the full paper according to the above-mentioned guidelines, it should be sent via the official conference website, ("Files Uploading" List, then select "Upload Full Paper File"), or by clicking directly on: [Upload.aspx].
