Achievements Accomplished During the Academic Year (2024/2025):

 . More than 52 tenders were published in local newspapers.

. Over 104 meetings of the procurement committees, established under the Government Procurement System No. (8) of 2022, were held.

. More than 24 referral and financial disbursement decisions were issued.

. Recommendations were made to form over 42 technical committees for requesting, studying, evaluating bids, and receiving works from ​awarded tenders.

. All tender files from 2009 to 2025 were archived.

. The electronic procurement program was launched, enabling bidders to purchase tender copies online via “E-Fawateercom" without the need to visit the university.

. A training workshop was conducted for new employees under the title: “Practical Application of the Government Procurement System No. (8) of 2022 and its Executive Instructions."

. Funding was obtained from the Governorate Council for drilling an artesian well inside the university campus.

. Approval was obtained from the Saudi Fund to finance the project of establishing a College of Nursing within the university campus.​
