• ​Ensuring the procurement of the highest quality goods, works, and technical and consultancy services, at the best prices and terms.
• Meeting the university's needs for goods, works, and technical and consultancy services with the highest standards of accuracy and speed, according to the planned schedules.
  
• Taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of procedures followed, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Government Procurement System and its issued instructions.
• Issuing tenders that have been properly approved and completing the referral procedures for them.
• Following up on contracts awarded to contractors and ensuring their proper execution.
• Monitoring and issuing regular tenders.
• Following up on lease agreements signed with the university.
• Continuously developing administrative work in light of applicable laws and regulations.
