President of the University sends a message to the university staff

Based on Al al-Bayt University's vision towards globalization and excellence in learning, teaching, scientific research, innovation, service and development of societies, and progress in the process of work for the next five years, the President of the University, Prof. Hani Al-Dmour, sent a message to the university staff. This message was directed towards creating an educational, research, practical, pioneering and creative environment to seek excellence and advancement within international standards, having knowledge diversity to achieve sustainable development and foresee the future in an atmosphere of moderation, originality and contemporary, preparing qualified human resources within the requirements and needs of the labor market, and focusing on developing leaders who have a global outlook on future social, cultural, economic and environmental issues.

The University President indicated that the university's slogan requiresfocusing on the core values of the university represented in maintaining quality, continuous improvement, efficiency and effectiveness of management, ethics of work and scientific research, integrity, flexibility, transparency, creativity, innovation, participatory, cooperation, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, teamwork and interest, justice, equal opportunity and citizenship.

Al-Dmour concluded his message, addressing the staff, by stating that: “There is great hope in you that you will be up to the aspired responsibility, and up to the challenges facing our university, wishing all ofyou a year full of work and giving, and hoping that everyone will strive to translate the contents of this message in a way that befits our country and our Hashemite leadership".
