The President of Al al-Bayt University, Professor Osama Nusier, received in his office the Commander of the Northern Region Security, Brigadier General Dr. Jumaa Al-Hamaida, on the sidelines of the Security Awareness Day activities organized by the university in cooperation with the Public Security Directorate. During the meeting, Dr. Nusier expressed his pride in the continuous cooperation between the university and the Public Security Directorate in the areas of community awareness and education, praising the great efforts made by the security services in promoting the values ​​of security and community peace within universities. The President of the University honored Brigadier General Al-Hamaida with the University's honorary shield, in appreciation of the Public Security's efforts in supporting awareness initiatives and spreading security culture among university students.

The Commander of the Northern Region Security, Brigadier General Dr. Jumaa Al-Hamaida, also sponsored, in the presence of the Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Ahmed Alimat, and the Director of Mafraq Police, Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Sawa'ir, the Awareness Day organized by the university through the Department of Cultural and Social Activity in the Deanship of Student Affairs, entitled "With Dialogue, We Build a Safe University Environment", which aims to enhance community partnership and consolidate the concepts of comprehensive security and positive behavior among students, in a way that contributes to building a conscious generation capable of facing societal challenges and preserving the security and stability of the country, in the Al-Bakhit Amphitheater at the university.

Brigadier General Dr. Jumaa Al-Hamaida affirmed during his sponsorship of this day that Al al-Bayt University has a special place and a high scientific and religious value, praising its initiatives aimed at consolidating community peace and developing positive behaviors within universities.

The Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Ahmed Alimat, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Public Security Directorate for its continuous awareness efforts, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two sides in the interest of students and enhancing their security and community awareness.

The Awareness Day included an extensive discussion session that dealt with the students' aspirations and proposals to enhance the sustainable university environment through educational security axes presented by a number of officers, where Major Raed Al-Bayaydah addressed the scourge of drugs and their dangers, while First Lieutenant Salim Al-Malakawi spoke about electronic crimes and the importance of integrating roles between security and educational institutions. First Lieutenant Asaid Al-Khalidi also gave a lecture on community peace and active participation in youth activities, and First Lieutenant Alaa Al-Fuhaili spoke about the concept of community policing and its impact on strengthening the relationship with youth, and Captain Shadi Al-Badr stressed the importance of building a safe and stimulating university environment for learning and participation.

The Awareness Day, organized by the Department of Cultural and Social Activity, was concluded, presented by Muhammad Al-Shawaqfa, and attended by a number of public security officers and university students, in which the students expressed their appreciation for these purposeful security initiatives, stressing their importance in raising the level of awareness and community responsibility among university youth, which was preceded by the opening of a photo exhibition and the distribution of the Public Security magazine to the attendees.
