Continued training sessions for the "Woman-Friendly Label" project at Al al-Bayt University
Training sessions and awareness activities related to the "Woman-Friendly العلامة" project continue at the Sustainable Development and Women's Empowerment Center, as part of the project implemented in Jordanian universities, which is implemented by the Al-Hayat Center - RASED in partnership with ActionAid/Arab Region.
In this context, a workshop was organized entitled "Phase III From Application to Growth: Stronger Partnerships and Wider Dissemination Across Sectors", led by the core women's group, and formed an interactive dialogue space bringing together students to introduce the concept of the Woman-Friendly العلامة and its role in promoting a fair, equitable and non-discriminatory university and work environment.
During the training, Ms. Najah Al-Azza, former MP and Chairperson of the Higher Coordination Committee for Women's Program Centers, stressed the importance of women's economic rights and their position in the labor market, noting the pivotal role of universities in consolidating the values of justice and equality, and building a conscious young generation capable of contributing to bringing about positive and sustainable change in society.
The continuation of these sessions comes within the framework of raising awareness of the Woman-Friendly العلامة and supporting woman-friendly educational environments within Jordanian universities.
