The exhibition's activities culminated in a large artistic and welcoming ceremony held in the Square of Knowledge, under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Osama Nusier, and organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs. The ceremony was attended by vice presidents of the university, a number of college deans, department directors, teaching and administrative staff members, in addition to a large gathering of new students, in a national and festive atmosphere that reflected the spirit of one family that unites the university community.

The Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Alaymat, affirmed in his welcoming speech that the departments of the Deanship work to serve students and provide them with the necessary support, and to create a distinguished university environment that embraces their energies and talents. He pointed to the university's keenness to organize purposeful activities, workshops, seminars, and sports and cultural events that contribute to integrating students into university life, developing their skills, and refining their leadership personalities, thereby enhancing their readiness for the requirements of the modern era.

The ceremony, organized by the Department of Cultural and Artistic Activity in the Deanship of Student Affairs, included artistic and poetic segments, musical pieces and compositions, as well as a collection of national and welcoming songs and chants presented by the university band led by artist Ghaleb Khoury, celebrating the new students and welcoming their joining the family of Al al-Bayt University, amidst a remarkable interaction from the audience.
