As part of Al al-Bayt University's efforts to enhance its academic and research presence in international conferences and scientific forums, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Dr. Farhan Al-Masaeed, participated in the Second International Conference on Water, Environment and Sustainable Development, held at Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, Morocco, on October 28 and 29, 2026, under the slogan "Integrated Governance of Water Resources and the Plurality of Stakeholders: Towards Integrated and Sustainable Management."

During the conference, Dr. Al-Masaeed presented a scientific paper entitled "Climate Change and its Implications for Water and Environmental Security," which addressed the impact of climate change on water resources and the environment, and the challenges it poses that require strengthening the sustainable management of natural resources, and intensifying scientific and research efforts to confront its effects.

This participation confirms Al al-Bayt University's keenness to support the participation of faculty members in international scientific conferences, highlight their research output, and enhance the university's presence in scientific and environmental issues of global concern, thereby contributing to the exchange of experiences and knowledge and the development of scientific research paths.
