Mohammad Ferdous bin Jawhari, a student from Al al-Bayt University, won third place and a bronze medal in the men's singles Badminton Championship, which was held at Tafila Technical University and organized by the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation over two days.

The player Mohammad Ferdous began his pathway in the tournament by meeting the player of the University of Islamic Sciences, where he won with a score of 2-0. In the quarter-finals, Mohammad Ferdous met the University of Science and Technology player and won with a score of 2-0 to be qualified to the semi-finals, where he met the player of Princess Sumaya University to win third place and get the bronze medal received from the President of Al-Tafaliyah Technical University, Prof. Omar Al-Maaytah.

Al al-Bayt University team was supervised by Captain Adly Al-Dalqmouni, and Captain Mahmoud Khaza'leh, and followed-up by the Director of Sports Activity, Nasser Al-Khawaldeh.​
