Dr. Mohammad Al-Hadab, President Assistant for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and International Marketing, met with Brigadier General Abdullah Ahmed Al-N'aimi, Director General of the National for Employment and Training Company, in order to discuss ways of joint cooperation. They also handled preparation for a memorandum of understanding in the field of training in the sectors of logistics, energy, languages, computer science, industrial engineering and artificial intelligence aiming at harnessing the resources of the two parties to serve the comprehensive national development process.

Dr. Al-Hadab confirmed the University's role in advancing the scientific, cognitive, cultural and civilizational level and producing knowledge directed towards achieving sustainable development, diversity, serving the nation and building societies of knowledge. He also stressed the importance of cooperation with the National for Employment and Training Company to achieve many practical goals in developing scientific research and applied sciences as well as linking them to the needs of the Jordanian market and foreign markets. He, further, pointed out the significance of strengthening the partnership between the two parties in achieving comprehensive development in all fields.

Brigadier General Al-N'aimi, in turn, stated that this cooperation comes from the belief of the National Employment and Training Company to enhance cooperation and understanding with public sector institutions, to take advantage of the available capabilities to meet the needs of the labor market by the qualified Jordanian workforce equipped with skills and competencies, and to reduce the rates of poverty and unemployment.​
