Al-Dmour ends his visit to Oman by accepting an invitation of reception from the Jordanian ambassador in the Sultanate of O


His Excellency the Jordanian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, Amjad Al-Qahaiwi, the Head of the Jordanian Community Club in the Sultanate, Mr. Ammar Obeidat, the Military Attaché, Brigadier General Taye' Al-Lawama, the Embassy's staff and members of the Jordanian community met with the President of Al al-Bayt University and his accompanying delegation at the Ambassador's house, in addition to journalists participating in the International Federation of Journalists Conference “Congress".

Al-Qahaiwi stressed that having such Jordanian elites participating in conferences and increasing cooperation in various fields gives the feelings of joy and pleasure. He added that this coincides with the hosting of the Ifta Office at the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs to the President of Al al-Bayt University Prof. Hani Al-Dmour and the accompanying delegation. It is worth noting that the visit included discussions with the Ministers of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and the President of Sultan Qaboos University. In addition, the Omani Journalists Association hosted media elites included Mr. Abdul-Wahab Al-Zaghilat, Mr. Awni Al-Daoud, Mrs. Intisar Al-Sawariya, and Mr. Moayyad Abu Sobeih, who participated in the 31st International Federation of Journalists Conference “Congress".

The ambassador highlighted that such meetings reflect the extent of the distinguished and fraternal relationship between the two brotherly countries, people, leadership and government.

The attendees expressed their great appreciation and gratitude for the warm reception and generous Omani hospitality, which are not strange or new to the Sultanate, expressing their deep thanks to His Excellency Ambassador Amjad Al-Qahaiwi for this friendly and fraternal meeting and the elegant evening in attendance of their brothers from the Jordanian community.

On behalf of the attendees, Prof. Al-Dmour offered the ambassador a distinct memorial shield, holding meanings and connotations about the University and Mafraq Governorate.​
